Daily pay, real records.
For contractors and fit-out crews: helpers paid by the day, several sites, cash advances, and an inspector who may ask for papers.
On a site the paper log gets lost, the foreman remembers wrongly, and the advance nobody wrote down becomes an argument.
What it keeps for you
- Attendance with a photo and the place. Each scan is stamped with the server time, a selfie and the location, so a day worked is a day you can show.
- Several sites, one console. Every site is included in the plan. A worker who moves between sites is paid once.
- Daily and job pay. Pay by the day, or by the job (pakyaw), with the rest day, holiday and overtime rules switched on together.
- Cash advances with a ledger. What each person owes, what was paid back, and how much comes off each payslip. Pause, change or stop it in one click.
- A labour budget per site. You are warned when a site is heading past it.
- The papers an inspector asks for. A DOLE labour pack, the DTR, payslips with signatures, and each person’s 201 file.
- The government shares worked out. SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG on every payslip, and the sheet to remit them.
Questions
Can it handle pakyaw (job-based) pay?
Yes. A job card says what has to be finished and for how much. A finished part is paid in the pay run for the period it was done, shared between the crew on it.
Will it work on a site with poor signal?
The phone keeps the scan and sends it when the signal returns, with the time it was made.
