Many jobs. One poster.
For event, shoot and production crews: the people change every week, the jobs are short, and everyone still has to be paid right.
We built ClockIN for our own events and shoots, where nobody has time to learn software at six in the morning.
Why it fits this work
- One poster covers every job you have running. The crew scan it, tap which job they are on, and the hours land in the right place.
- A one-week pass for a short project. A set-up and tear-down, a few days on location: up to 60 people for 7 days, with clock-in, the time record and payslips. Another week if the job runs long. See the pass.
- Freelancers are paid properly. A one-page payslip with the pay, premiums, any cash advance and the time record, and two copies so one is signed for you.
- Each job shows what its crew cost. The labour on one site or project, per person, for the period.
- Call time, not guesswork. Late is measured against the call time you set for the job. Long days and overtime are counted, and approved before they are paid.
- Telegram at night. Each site’s hours and cost, and who was late.
Questions
We hire a different crew every week. Is that a problem?
No. Add people when they join, and the poster stays the same. People who left stay in the records, but do not count against your plan once they stop clocking in.
Can freelancers get payslips?
Yes. Freelancers get a one-page payslip with two copies, one for them and one they sign for you.
