Do staff need to install an app?

No. They scan a printed QR code with the normal phone camera and the page opens in the browser. Nothing to download, no account to create.

What stops someone clocking in for a friend?

Every scan stores a photo taken at that moment, the GPS position and the distance from the site. The time comes from our server, not the phone. If one phone is used for two different people it is flagged as a shared phone.

What if there is no signal on site?

The scan is held on the phone and sends itself once the signal returns. It arrives marked so the supervisor can correct the time if it matters.

Can it handle several projects at once?

Yes. One poster can cover every open project — the worker taps which one they are on before clocking in, and the hours land against that project.

Does ClockIN print a Daily Time Record (DTR)?

Yes. It prints the DTR a Philippine bookkeeper expects, with time in and out, hours, signature lines and leave, rest days and holidays marked. It also prints a period summary, a payroll register and payslips.

Is this an alternative to a biometric attendance machine?

Yes. There is no hardware to buy or install. A printed QR poster replaces the scanner, and the photo taken on every clock-in is the proof of who was there. It costs a sheet of paper to move a site.

Does it follow Philippine pay rules?

The pay run uses kinsenas periods (1st-15th and 16th to month end) and applies rest day, special non-working and regular holiday rates and night differential. Overtime is only paid once a supervisor approves it. Deductions are typed in, never guessed, because SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG rates change by circular.

Does it work for security guards?

Yes. In patrol mode each checkpoint gets its own code. The guard scans each one as they reach it, and the log shows which points were covered and which were missed.

On privacy: location is read at the moment of the scan and at no other time — ClockIN is not a tracker and cannot follow anyone between scans. Photos and positions are visible only to the supervisor inside the console.

Good to Know

Do staff need to install anything?+

No. They point the normal phone camera at a printed code and the page opens in the browser. There is no app to download and no account to create. The first time on a phone they tap their name once; after that it remembers them.

What about guests and casual crew?+

Set a project to allow anyone, and a visitor simply types their name and carries on — no PIN, no waiting for someone to add them to a list. They are tagged as a guest in the console so you can see who signed themselves in.

Does it work on cheap phones?+

Yes. It is a web page, so any Android or iPhone with a camera and a browser will run it. Photos are compressed on the handset before sending, so it is light on data.

Can it feed our payroll?+

Yes. Days worked and hours export as CSV for any date range, and we can wire it straight into a payroll run on whatever cycle you use.

Who can see the photos?+

Only whoever holds the console password. The photos sit behind a login and are never reachable from a public link.
