Attendance & Guard Patrol

Scan. Photo.
Logged.

ClockIN turns a printed QR code into a time record. Your people scan it with the phone already in their pocket, take a photo, and the time, the place and the project are written down on our server — not on their handset. Nothing to install, no accounts to hand out.

How It Works

Three Taps. That's the Whole Job.

We built it for our own crew, on real shoots, where nobody has time to learn software at six in the morning.

01

Scan the poster

The normal phone camera opens the page. No app store, no download, no password to remember.

02

Tap the project

One poster covers every job you have running. They tap which one they are on, so the hours land in the right place.

03

Take the photo

The shutter sends it. Time, GPS and photo are stored together and the screen goes back on its own.

Two Ways To Run It

A Time Clock. And a Guard Round.

Clock In / Out

For an office, a shoot, or a warehouse.

  • Hours worked, with breaks deducted and overtime counted
  • Late arrivals flagged against your call time
  • A printable Daily Time Record with signature lines
  • Totals per person over any date range, ready for payroll

Guard Patrol

For a site that has to be walked, not just sat in.

  • Every checkpoint gets its own code and its own pinned position
  • The guard scans each point as they reach it
  • The log shows what was covered — and what was missed
  • A patrol report you can hand to the client
Proof, Not Promises

Made For The Question “Were You Really There?”

Attendance only matters if you can stand behind it when someone disputes a pay slip.

Our clock, not theirs

The timestamp comes from the server. A phone with the wrong time on it gets flagged, not believed.

A face on every scan

The photo is taken at the moment of the scan and stored with it. Nothing to argue about later.

Distance from the spot

Every scan records how many metres away it happened. Off-site scans are marked, or blocked outright.

One phone, one person

If a handset is used to scan for two different people, the record says so. That is what buddy punching looks like.

Corrections stay visible

A supervisor can fix a missed clock-out, but the report prints it as edited. Nothing changes quietly.

Works with no signal

The scan waits on the phone and sends itself when the bars come back, marked as a late upload.

On privacy: location is read at the moment of the scan and at no other time — ClockIN is not a tracker and cannot follow anyone between scans. Photos and positions are visible only to the supervisor inside the console.

What It Costs

One Price. Per Site, Not Per Head.

Charging per employee punishes you for hiring. A 30-man crew costs the same as a 10-man crew, so nobody has to think about the bill before adding somebody to the list.

Small crew
Up to 25 people
₱1,200 / month
  • One site or project
  • Unlimited scans, photos and reports
  • Daily Time Record, ready to print
  • Guard patrol checkpoints included
No ceiling
Unlimited people
₱3,600 / month
  • As many people as you employ
  • Everything above, one site
  • Extra sites at the same rate

Setting up costs ₱4,500 once. We build your install, print and send the A5 posters, load your people, and write down how it works. Pay for ten months and get twelve. No lock-in, and your records export to CSV any time you ask — including the day you leave.

What we do not do: we are not a payroll system. We do not file BIR returns, compute SSS or PhilHealth, or keep 201 files. If that is what you need, buy an HRIS. ClockIN answers one question properly — who was on site, when, and can you prove it.

Want a look first? The live demo console is open — password demo2026. It is filled with made-up crew, so nothing in it is anybody’s real record.

Questions

Good to Know

Do staff need to install anything?+
No. They point the normal phone camera at a printed code and the page opens in the browser. There is no app to download and no account to create. The first time on a phone they tap their name once; after that it remembers them.
What about guests and casual crew?+
Set a project to allow anyone, and a visitor simply types their name and carries on — no PIN, no waiting for someone to add them to a list. They are tagged as a guest in the console so you can see who signed themselves in.
Does it work on cheap phones?+
Yes. It is a web page, so any Android or iPhone with a camera and a browser will run it. Photos are compressed on the handset before sending, so it is light on data.
Can it feed our payroll?+
Yes. Days worked and hours export as CSV for any date range, and we can wire it straight into a payroll run on whatever cycle you use.
Who can see the photos?+
Only whoever holds the console password. The photos sit behind a login and are never reachable from a public link.
How do we get it?+
We set it up for you — your projects, your people, your printed codes. Message us and tell us how many sites you have.
