Know who is in, without chasing.
The board fills as your crew arrive. The odd things are listed for you to fix. The DTR prints itself.
You are the one who keeps the attendance. Today that means messages, paper logs and a pile of times to type at the end of the month.
What changes
- Nothing to install, nothing to buy. A QR poster on the wall. The crew scan it with the phone already in their pocket, tap the project, and take the photo. The time is written on our server, so a wrong phone clock cannot change it.
- A live board. Who is in, who is late, who is not in yet, who is off or on leave.
- A short list of what needs you. A forgotten clock-out, an automatic clock-out to check, a day a worker says is wrong, a leave request, overtime to decide.
- Overtime is decided before it is paid. Nothing is paid until you or a supervisor says yes.
- The DTR prints itself. With late arrivals, leave, rest days and holidays marked, and signature lines.
- Alerts where you read them. Telegram when someone forgets to clock out or a guard round is overdue, and a daily email of what needs you: pay day, a period to close, a filing due.
- Each person’s papers in one place. A 201 file with expiry dates, so a lapsed ID or permit does not surprise you.
What your crew sees
English or Filipino on the phone. They can see their own hours, ask for leave, and say a day is wrong, with a reason, instead of arguing on pay day.
Questions
Do my crew need to install an app?
No. They scan the poster and a web page opens. There is nothing to download and no password to remember.
Can one worker clock in for another?
ClockIN stamps the time on the server and takes a photo and the location with every scan, and it flags a phone that is used for more than one person.
What if there is no signal?
The phone keeps the scan and sends it when the signal comes back, with the time it was made.
