Clock in. Then walk the round.
For guard agencies: attendance for every post, and proof that each checkpoint was walked.
A guard on a post has two questions to answer: were you there, and did you walk the round?
Two things in one app
- Attendance. The guard clocks in with a photo and the location on their own phone. Late arrivals, absences and long shifts show on the board. Night pay and overtime are counted.
- Guard patrol. Each checkpoint has its own code and its own pinned position. The guard scans each one on the round. The coverage log shows what was walked and what was missed.
- An overdue round is flagged. When a round is not walked on time, you are told on Telegram.
- A welfare check for guards on their own. The phone asks “are you all right?” every so often, and an SOS button is on the screen.
- Every post is a site. Many posts under one console, each with its own roster, and one payslip for a guard who covers two.
For the client at the gate. The daily coverage log is a clean record to show a client who asks whether the rounds were done.
Questions
Does the guard need a special device?
No. The checkpoint codes are printed and fixed in place, and the guard scans them with the phone camera.
Is the patrol part extra?
No. Guard patrol checkpoints are included in the plan.
