None of these started as products. Every one of them was built because something went wrong on one of our own jobs — a crew list nobody could reconcile, a run-of-show on a printout that went out of date at 4pm, a presenter squinting at a laptop taped to a C-stand. We fixed it for ourselves, then kept fixing it.
So they are free to use because we use them. The ones that cost money cost money for a plain reason: they run on our server, and a server costs us something every month whether you use it or not.

The four we would start with
ClockIN — the attendance sheet writes itself
Tape a printed QR to a column. Crew scan it with the phone already in their pocket, take a photo, and the time, the place and the project are written on our server — not on their handset, so a phone with the wrong clock cannot change it. Nothing to install, no accounts to hand out.
What it saves: the end-of-fortnight scramble. It prints the Daily Time Record, the payroll register and the payslips, with kinsenas periods and PH holiday rates already in it. On a 12-person site that is most of a day a month you stop spending on reconciling paper.
₱1,200 a month per site for up to 25 people — per site, not per head. The free plan keeps up to ten people. Set-up is ₱4,500 once if you would rather we did it. No lock-in, and your records export to CSV whenever you ask — including the day you leave.
EventScan Pro — nobody queues at the door
Guests get an email with a QR pass. Your staff scan it on their own phones. The client watches a live board fill up: who has arrived, who is still out, VIPs flagged the second they walk in. Guests who were never on the list sign themselves in at the door in about thirty seconds.
What it saves: the door. A printed list means one person reading names while forty people wait. This means several staff scanning at once, and a client report that is finished before anyone has left the room.
Free to use for up to 15 guests on every event — the whole product, not a trial. Bigger than that, you unlock just that event: from ₱1,500 for 50 guests up to ₱30,000 for 1,000. Priced per event, so you can bill it straight to your client.
EventDirector — Standby, then GO
Your whole run-of-show in one place, in running order. Call cues live. A show clock and countdowns tell you whether you are running long while there is still time to do something about it.
What it saves: the 4pm reprint. When the client moves an item an hour before doors, the printed run-of-show in eleven people's hands is wrong and nobody knows which copy is current. Here there is one.
Free to try, and free to run a full live show. Pro is ₱1,600, paid once. Windows, fully offline — front-of-house wifi is not a dependency.
Teleprompter — the presenter reads, you stop guessing
Voice-tracking scroll follows the presenter instead of running at a fixed speed. Dual-screen operator mode puts your notes on one screen and clean text on the other. Mirror-glass ready for a proper rig.
What it saves: takes. Most re-takes on a corporate shoot are a pacing mismatch, not a performance problem. A prompter that follows the voice removes that class of re-take entirely.
Free to use with our mark on screen. Pro is ₱1,499, paid once — not a subscription. Runs fully offline: no account, no login, no internet on shoot day.

Where to start
If you run crews, start with ClockIN — it pays for itself the first time a pay period closes without an argument. If you run events, start with EventScan Pro on a small one; free to 15 guests means you can test it on a real door before it costs anything. If you shoot, Teleprompter and Clapper are free and there is nothing to decide.
Prices are in Philippine pesos, cover what is listed, and can change at any time. The price you are shown at checkout is the price you pay.
