Enter your company name and email on the service page. Your personal access code lands in your inbox immediately — no calls, no waiting. That code is how you log in to the system from any device.

Create Your Event & Upload Your Guest List

Log in, create your event (name, date, time, venue), and either upload a guest list CSV or turn on walk-in mode for open-registration events. The system generates a unique QR code for every guest automatically.

One Click Sends Every Guest Their QR Invite

Each guest receives a branded email invitation with the event details, a Google Maps venue link, an RSVP button, and their personal QR check-in pass. The email goes out via our mail server — no extra setup on your end.

What the Feedback System Captures

The feedback module is separate from check-in but runs on the same platform. After the event ends, the system automatically emails a feedback form to every guest who checked in. Results are compiled into a styled report that's emailed directly to you — and looks good enough to forward to your client or present to your board.

Guests rate individual booths, speakers, or segments on a 1–4 scale. The report ranks them so you see exactly what performed and what didn't.

How Much Does It Cost?

EventScan Pro is priced per event — one flat fee, everything included. No monthly subscription, no hidden charges. You pay only when you run an event.

₱5,000 — up to 100 guests. Guest list import, QR invite emails, live scanning, real-time dashboard, scan log export.

₱10,000 — up to 250 guests. Everything above plus walk-in self-registration link, duplicate ticket prevention, and priority support on event day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do guests need to install anything?+
No. Guests just show the QR code from their email — on their phone screen or printed out. Nothing to download or install. Your check-in staff are the ones using the scanner, which also runs in the browser with no app needed.
What if a guest shows up without their QR code?+
The attendee card view lets your staff find any guest by name and manually check them in on the spot. No one gets turned away at the door because they lost the email.
Can walk-in guests register on the day?+
Yes. On the 250-guest plan, a walk-in self-registration link lets guests register themselves on arrival using their phone. They're added to the system in real time and can be scanned in immediately.
Can my client monitor check-in live from outside the venue?+
Yes. The live dashboard is accessible on any device with a browser. You can share access with your client so they can watch the attendance count update in real time from their office or phone — no need to be on-site.
What does the post-event attendance report include?+
Attendance rate percentage, total checked in, no-shows, RSVP yes vs no counts, first and last arrival times, and peak check-in hour. It's emailed to you automatically and you can also export the full guest-by-guest scan log from the app.
Can the guest invite email be branded to our company?+
Yes. You can upload your company or event logo when setting up the event and it appears on the invitation email your guests receive, alongside the event details, venue map link, and their QR check-in pass.
