Condo & Subdivision Intercom — Philippines

The lobby desk,
on everyone's phone.

LobbyLink is a browser-based intercom for a building. Residents call the guard desk from the phone already in their pocket, and the guard can reach any unit from one console. A visitor at the gate scans a printed QR and talks to the tenant directly. No handsets on the wall, no wiring to pull, no app for anyone to install.

CALL GUARDTAP TO RING THE DESK
Who it is for

One App. Three Jobs.

Residents, the guard desk and the admin each get the view they actually need — nothing more.

Residents

Call the desk

  • One large Call Guard button — ring, answer, mute, hang up
  • Chat with the desk, and the history stays
  • See whether a guard is actually on duty before calling
  • Their own call history
Guards

One console

  • Every unit in one searchable list, with online dots and unread badges
  • Click-to-call any unit — every device that unit owns rings
  • Per-unit chat plus building-wide announcements
  • Full call log with filters, and guard-only notes per unit
Admins

Stay in control

  • Create or deactivate units and accounts, reset passwords
  • Temporary passwords shown once, changed at first sign-in
  • Create gate stations and print their QR codes
  • Rotate a gate code in one click if it is ever abused
The gate QR

A Visitor Rings The Unit. No App.

This is the part that matters if your building has no lobby desk at all.

01

Print it once

Admin creates a gate, prints the QR, and it goes at eye level where a rider can reach it without opening the gate.

02

The visitor scans

They see the unit numbers, tap one, and ring it. No app, no sign-in, no guard needed.

03

The tenant answers

Voice, or one of six fixed messages — Delivery at your gate — straight into their chat, pushed to their phone.

Pricing

Per Unit. Per Month.

₱25 / unit / month
Indicative launch pricing — talk to us for your building
  • Every resident account, on any number of their own devices
  • The guard console, on as many desks as you run
  • Gate QR stations — printed and desk-displayed
  • Chat history, call logs and building announcements
  • Encrypted peer-to-peer voice — calls are never recorded
  • Hosting, updates and support
A 40-unit building is about ₱1,000 a month — less than one handset on one wall, and nothing to re-wire when a tenant moves out.

What You Should Know First.

A printed QR is public

Anyone who photographs the code at your gate can ring your tenants from anywhere. That is mitigated, not eliminated: quiet hours switch calling off overnight, every session is rate limited and logged with an IP, and you can rotate the code in one click. For a 10-unit building that is a fair trade. For a 400-unit tower on a public street you want a keypad code instead — tell us and we will say so.

Notifications are not optional

With a guard desk, someone is sitting at the console. With a gate QR, the tenant is in their room with a locked phone — and a closed browser cannot ring. Web Push fixes that. On Android Chrome it works with the browser fully closed. On iPhone it only works if the page is added to the Home Screen — an Apple restriction, not something we can code around, and we would rather you heard it from us now.

FAQ

Good To Know.

Do residents have to install anything?+
No. LobbyLink runs in the phone browser. We do recommend adding it to the Home Screen — on iPhone that is what lets it ring.
Do we need to replace our intercom handsets?+
No. There is no hardware and no wiring. If you already have handsets they can stay; LobbyLink is the layer that works when a resident is not standing next to one.
Are calls recorded?+
No. Voice runs peer-to-peer and encrypted, and is never recorded. Chat messages and the call log (who called whom and when) are kept so the desk has a record.
What if the guard is away from the desk?+
Residents can see whether a guard is on duty before they call, so they are not ringing an empty desk. With the gate QR, a visitor can reach the tenant directly without a guard at all.
Is the ₱25 per unit final?+
It is indicative launch pricing while we finish the build. Talk to us about your building — unit count and how many guard desks you run both matter.
