Four short steps. Register a guest, issue their pass, scan it as an usher, and watch the arrivals dashboard move — all right here in your browser.
You give us the event details and your guest list — or let guests register themselves through a link. Takes minutes, and we handle it for you.
Excel, CSV or Google Sheets — we map any column names.
Share one link; each guest registers and gets their pass instantly. Best for large lists.
Every pass carries a signature, so copied or edited codes are rejected at the door.
No app for guests, no app for your ushers, no scanner hardware to rent.
It arrives by email, or appears the moment they finish registering. They can save it to their photos or share it to themselves on WhatsApp or Viber — so it works even with no signal at the venue.
A screenshot scans perfectly. Guests are never stuck because the venue Wi-Fi is weak.
Table number, ticket type or VIP status printed on the pass — fewer questions at the door.
Your usher searches their name in the scanner and checks them in manually. Nobody is turned away.
Your own staff, on their own phones. They open a link in the browser — no app, no login for them to forget. Tap the scanner below to check your guest in.
Green, with the guest’s name and table. Under a second per guest.
Amber warning showing when they first arrived — stops pass-sharing at the gate.
Red rejection. Passes are signed, so a screenshot of someone else’s QR still works, but an invented one does not.
Scanning continues offline and syncs the moment the connection returns. The queue never stops.
Open on any browser, from anywhere — the registration desk, the holding room, or your phone. Every scan appears the moment it happens.
Who came, who did not, and the complete scan log — exported to Excel.
Set a venue limit and the dashboard warns you as you approach it.
Meal stubs, gift claim or session rooms can each be scanned once, separately from entry.
Everything below runs from the same guest list and the same QR pass — no extra tools, no exports between systems.
Invites go out with the pass — guests reply Going or Can’t make it, and you watch replies live before the event.
QR posters at each booth for quick ratings, a staff link for deeper interviews, and a live satisfaction screen for the venue TV.
A program-break spinning wheel drawn only from checked-in guests — present it fullscreen or on a second projector screen.
The scanner shows each guest’s table the moment they’re scanned, so staff direct them instantly.
One click generates a branded certificate for every guest who actually attended — print or PDF. Ideal for seminars and trainings.
Each booth gets its own scan link — exhibitors scan a guest’s pass to save them as a lead, exported per booth after the event.
No. They open a link in their phone’s browser and start scanning. Any reasonably current phone with a camera works, and you can use as many phones as you like at no extra cost.
Scanning carries on offline. Check-ins are held on the phone and sync automatically when the connection returns, so the queue never stops. We test the venue connection before your event.
Your usher searches their name in the scanner and checks them in manually. It takes a few seconds and nobody is turned away.
Nothing breaks — the guest count is how we price the job, not a limit built into the system. Extra arrivals still register and scan normally, and you see the true count on the dashboard.
They can try, but the second scan shows an amber “already checked in” warning with the time of the first entry, so your usher catches it at the door.
Our standard service is remote: we build, test and manage the system and monitor it online on the day, while your own ushers scan. If you would rather have our staff at the door, we can quote that separately.
It is used solely to run your event’s check-in, held on secured infrastructure, never shared with third parties or used for marketing, and permanently deleted 30 days after the event — or sooner on written request.
Tell us your event date and guest count and we’ll send a quotation. We set the system up, test it, and monitor it on the day — your team just scans.
