1. Strong Media Corp's role — platform and broker only

Strong Media Corp operates this marketplace as a platform, booking site, and broker. It is not a co-owner, seller, lessor, manufacturer, or guarantor of any equipment listed, and it accepts no legal responsibility for the equipment, its condition or performance, or for the acts or omissions of any owner, renter, or crew member. All ownership, rental, and handoff obligations exist directly between the parties themselves.

2. Platform fees (what Strong Media Corp earns)

• 10% on a day an owner books the gear for their own job inside their usage-day allocation — the owner keeps the remaining 90%, with no caretaker fee or pool split on that day.
• 12% on every fractional buy-in of brand-new gear — Strong Media Corp's fee plus the cost of the transaction (sourcing, payment processing, paperwork) — on top of each person's gear-cost share, collected when the stake is confirmed and paid.
• 10% commission on every fractional buy-in of pre-owned gear sold into the program by its existing owner — same collection point.
• 10% of every rental booking's gross, as booking-site and broker fee — collected per booking.
• 5% of the sale price when an existing owner resells their share to a new owner, deducted from the seller's proceeds. Every resale must be logged in Strong Media Corp's transfer register and covered by a signed Deed of Transfer — an unlogged transfer is not recognized by the program.

3. Fractional buy-in split

The Master Fractional Owner pays 10 percentage points more of the gear cost than each co-owner (2 partners: 55% / 45% · 3 partners: 40% / 30% / 30%), owns that same larger share, and in return earns the caretaker fee below on every rental. Ownership percentage follows what each person actually paid.

4. Rental income split (per booking)

• 10% → Strong Media Corp (platform & broker fee)
• 15% → Master Fractional Owner (caretaker fee — storage, upkeep, every handoff)
• 75% → all owners (master included), split by ownership %

5. Pre-owned gear

Gear listed by its current owner (not brand new) is sold as-is, at the seller's asking price, with the condition described by the seller. Strong Media Corp does not inspect, certify, or warrant pre-owned equipment — verify condition before your money changes hands.

6. Payments, deposits & what this form does

Submitting this form is a booking or purchase request, not a completed payment — no money moves through this website. Our team follows up to confirm details; payment is then arranged directly (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer). Rentals may require a refundable security deposit set per item. A stake becomes real ownership only after payment and the signed ownership agreement are complete.

7. Governing document

The full intended terms live in the Managed Agreement (draft) — which is not yet lawyer-reviewed. Final signed agreements supersede everything on this page.
