Standard terms — Free over 7 days notice. Half between 2 and 7 days. Full rate under 48 hours.
The same terms apply to the owner if they pull out of a booking they already confirmed. Strong Media Corp records the figure so neither side can re-argue it, but does not hold the money and is not responsible for collecting it.
