About 500 sqm reception area per hall. 5 hours of event time, plus 3 hours to set up and 2 hours to pack up. Stage panels, a 325 KVA standby generator and secured parking for 160+ cars. The same terms apply to the owner if they pull out of a booking they already confirmed. Strong Media Corp records the figure so neither side can re-argue it, but does not hold the money and is not responsible for collecting it.
